CAPE MAY, New Jersey (May 2, 2003)--Master Chief Petty Officer Kent Cook drags 700-pounds of anchor chain during the medley portion of Training Center Cape May's Inaugural Strongman Competition dubbed the Estreme Strength Showdown, May 2, 2003. Cook, who placed fourth in the heavyweight (220-lbs+) division said, "When we overcome almost immovable obstacles, and test our mental and physical strengths at their absolute limit, especially our pain threshold, it can't help but affect all the other areas ofour life in a very positive way.
