(Feb. 10, 2003)--Chief Gunners Mate Scott Vickery, supervisor of the Armory at Integrated Support Command Portsmouth, receives the Smallpox vaccination from Petty Officer 3rd Class Barry A. Myles at the Health Services Division at ISC Portsmouth.
