KODIAK, Alaska (May 21)--Capt. Robert Lachwsky relieves Capt. Jimmy Ng as commanding officer of the Integrated Support Command Kodiak during a Change of Command ceremony at the Northern Lights Recreational facility here. Lachowsky most recently served as Chief, Civil Engineering Division of the Maintenance and Logistics Command Pacific, Alameda, Calif. ng and his family will remain in Kodiak following his retirement.
