Kentucky River, Kentucky (May 26)--BM2 Chet Davis, DC1 Ed Cables and DC1 Ed Daniels and the On-Scene Coordinator Karen Biurki review the plan for the night shift aboard the barge that carried pumps and aerators. The GST was called by the Environmental Protection Agency to provide technical assistance and equipment for the environmental emergency.
