New London, CT (May 17)--Rendering honors and singing to the National Anthem are (L to R) Academy Assistance Superintendent Capt. Teeson, Defense Attache, Embassy of Trinidad and Tobago Colonel John Sandy and Deputy Secretary of Transportation Mortimer L. Downey. President Clinton delivered the Coast Guard's 119th Commencement address to the Class of 2000 at the Coast Guard Academy in New London, Conn.
