San Juan, Puerto Rico (Dec. 15)-- Coast Guard CWO Ray Pitts and Mike Wood inspect the internal components of an in-op generator aboard the 650-foot grounded cargo ship Sergo Zakariadze outside the entrance to San Juan port.
