Cmdr. Daniel P. Malatesta gives his remarks during a change of command ceremony held on board Naval Base Point Loma. Cmdr. Robert Porter III relieved Malatesta as commanding officer of Explosive Ordnance Disposal Mobile Unit (EODMU) 1.
