Rear Adm. Kendall Card bids Royal Navy Commodore Duncan Potts farewell after turning over command of the Combined Task Force One Five Eight 158 mission. Potts was in command of the task force since, March 10. CTF 158 is specifically responsible for ensuring the security of Iraq's Khawr Al Amaya and Al Basra oil terminals.
