Chief Master Sgt. Kenneth Lindsey, command chief master sergeant of the 455th Air Expeditionary Wing, presents the “Warrior of the Week” award to Staff Sgt. Frank Rivas, 455th Air Expeditionary Wing noncommissioned officer in charge of the security forces religious support team on Bagram Air Field, Afghanistan, Sept. 18, 2013. Rivas, a native of Miami, Fla., deployed from MacDill Air Force Base, Fla., conducted unit visitations and provide support for security forces squadron personnel at Bagram Air Field and performed crisis intervention counseling to mitigate crises such as suicide, grief, traumatic stress or other forms of crisis. He also integrated into units as a religious support team member and appropriately advised leaders on the issues and challenges Airmen face.
