The 2nd Infantry Division/ROK-U.S. Combined Division integrates KRF16 forces into the Korean Theater of Operations (KTO), redeploys KRF15 forces back to the continental United States (CONUS), and maintains combat-ready forces to preserve deterrence. If deterrence fails, it is prepared to execute its "Fight Tonight" mission in support of the OPLAN and directed tasks.
