Pacific Airlift Rally is a biennial, military airlift symposium sponsored by Pacific Air Forces for nations in the Indo-Asia-Pacific region. PAR 15 uses
a Humanitarian Assistance/Disaster Relief scenario to provide participating
nations the opportunity to cooperate, interact, and advance airlift topics
specific to the region.
