    Big Logistics Over-The-Shore - West (BLW) is an annual, Army Reserve,<br /> multi-echelon (Company/Detachment to Brigade) functional exercise designed<br /> to train transportation units and sustainment commands in Logistics<br /> Over-the-Shore (LOTS) operations. This multi-component exercise involves<br /> elements from the Active Component Army, US Navy, US Air Force, US Coast<br /> Guard and United States Maritime Administration conducting operations at<br /> three training locations; Camp Parks, Alameda Point, and Military Ocean<br /> Terminal-Concord (MOTCO), California.
