    Big Logistics Over-The-Shore - West (BLW)    

    Big Logistics Over-The-Shore - West (BLW) is an annual, Army Reserve,
    multi-echelon (Company/Detachment to Brigade) functional exercise designed
    to train transportation units and sustainment commands in Logistics
    Over-the-Shore (LOTS) operations. This multi-component exercise involves
    elements from the Active Component Army, US Navy, US Air Force, US Coast
    Guard and United States Maritime Administration conducting operations at
    three training locations; Camp Parks, Alameda Point, and Military Ocean
    Terminal-Concord (MOTCO), California.
