    The U.S.-Iraq-Kuwait exercise is the first trilateral engagement between the U.S. Navy, Coast Guard and Army with the Iraq Navy and Kuwait Navy and Coast Guard in order to enhance long-term regional cooperation and increase mutual capabilities to ensure regional security and the free flow of commerce.
