    Three C-130Js and approximately 80 personnel from the 86th Airlift Wing, Ramstein Air Base, Germany, are participating in a bilateral training exercise with the Romanian air force at Otopeni Air Base, Romania, May 9-20, 2016. The 37th Airlift Squadron is participating in this bilateral training event to enhance interoperability and readiness to conduct combined air operations with Romania. This training is not related to any real-world event; it is a routine exercise dating back to 1996.
