    Operation Upward Minuteman, 8 - 21 July,2019 is designed to advance relationships within the Botswana State Partnership Program and National Guard states and will help foster trust and partner capacity and exchange military to military best practices while maintaining critical skills. Botswana and the NC National Guard have been state partners for 11 years.
