Exercise Neon Response 18 is a bilateral explosive ordnance disposal (EOD) exercise between the U.S. Navy (USN) and Bahrain Defense Force (BDF) to enhance interoperability and warfighting readiness, fortify military-to-military relationships between the U.S. and Kingdom of Bahrain, advance operational capabilities of USN and BDF and fortify civil-to-military relationships.
