Hybrid Threats and Cybersecurity is a four-week resident course that prepares participants to navigate the evolving security landscape shaped by hybrid threats, irregular warfare, and emerging technologies. This course will strengthen European partners’ ability to plan for, defend against, and respond to hybrid and cyber threats through integrated, institutionally grounded strategies. The course is designed to build lasting capacity for civil-military coordination, multinational cooperation, and the implementation of complex defense policies in a contested, multidomain security environment by emphasizing skills-based training and whole-of-society responses and resilience.
