Exercise Cope West is a Pacific Air Forces (PACAF)-sponsored, bilateral, tactical aircraft exercise involving the U.S. and Indonesian Air Forces. CW22 will be an airlift exercise conducted at Abdulrachman Saleh Air Force Base, Malang, Indonesia, June 17 - 24, 2022. CW22 is designed to exercise airlift cooperation and interoperability between the U.S. and Indonesian air forces; exchange airlift, airland and airdrop delivery techniques specific to U.S. and Indonesian aircraft; and promote regional stability through relationship building and unity of purpose.
