California Boss Lift June 2021

Fort Hunter Liggett and the Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR) program hosted a “Boss Lift” to enhance understanding and cooperation between Reserve Component service members and their civilian employers, June 12, 2021.
The event kicked off in the morning at Moffett Field in Mountain View, California, and Joint Forces Training Base (JFTB) at Los Alamitos, California, simultaneously. ESGR provided a breakfast reception; senior Army Reserve and National Guard leaders and the California Army National Guard Work for Warriors program provided information to participants.
Employers at Moffett Field were given rare opportunity to fly on a military aircraft, provided by the California Air National Guard, to Fort Hunter Liggett to observe two major exercises:
Army Reserve Combat Support Training Exercise and Army National Guard Exportable Combat Training Center Exercise.
Employers at JFTB were given tours and exhibitions by 1-140th Avn Regt (Asslt), JFTB Airfield Operations, Sunburst Academy, and 79th Theater Support Command of the 63rd Readiness Division. show less
