One Soldier will earn the title of First Army’s Best Observer Coach/Trainers<br /> <br /> The winner of the First Army Best OC/T competition will be announced during a 4 p.m. ceremony on Friday, September 15 at Fort McCoy.<br /> <br /> OC/Ts duties include conducting practical exercises, after action reviews, and gathering of lessons learned. The competition tests each Soldier academically, physically, and mentally. Among the categories Soldiers will be tested include lanes support, land navigation, Army Combat Fitness Test, weapons qualification, confidence course, grenade launch and a 12-mile march.
