Big Logistics Over-The-Shore - West (BLW) is an annual, Army Reserve, multi-echelon (Company/Detachment to Brigade) functional exercise designed to train transportation units and sustainment commands in Logistics Over-the-Shore (LOTS) operations. <br /> <br /> This multi-component exercise involves elements from the US Army Reserve, US Army, US Navy, US Air Force, US Coast Guard and United States Maritime Administration conducting operations at numerous training locations along the California coast.<br /> <br /> Big LOTS West 2017 takes place July 6-28.
