ARCTIC EAGLE is a homeland security and emergency response exercise operating throughout the state of Alaska, hosted by the Alaska National Guard. ARCTIC EAGLE provides training opportunities for national, state and local agencies to participate in sustained operations in the extreme cold-weather conditions found in Arctic environments.
