The 1st Theater Sustainment Command provides mission command and operational-level sustainment support to Army, Joint, Interagency, and Multinational Forces throughout the U.S. Central Command area of responsiblity. The 1st TSC, and it's subordinate units, make up over 10,000 Army, Army National Guard, and Army Reserve Soldiers and civilians, keep food, fuel, wather, ammunition, building materials, mail, personnel, and repair parts moving 24 hours a day in an area covering 20 countries, six time zones, and 4.5 million square miles. <br /> <br /> The 1TSC's Operational Command Post executes in-theater sustainment operations, and is currently managed by the 184th Sustainment Command, Mississippi Army National Guard.
