Host Mark Schauer talks with Julio Dominguez, who grew up in New Mexico and was a Marine Corps Non-Commissioned Officer and underground mining engineer prior to his career at U.S. Army Yuma Proving Ground (YPG). Starting as a test officer in the Munitions and Weapons Division in 1985, Dominguez was YPG Technical Director, the proving ground's highest- ranking civilian, from 2009 until his retirement in 2018.
