This edition of Boots on the Ground features the first ever Sergeant Major Gilmore Board of Excellence being held on Camp Victory. The Board serves to bring distinction upon superior Soldiers in the paralegal field. Sgt. Maj. Cornell Gilmore was killed in action in 2003 when his helicopter took enemy fire in the skies over Tikrit. Produced by Sgt. Andrew Meissner.
