I interviewed two Small Group Leaders from 7ATC NCOA.
The Non-Commissioned Officer Academy is currently seeking small group leader
applicants to teach future Basic Leader Courses. The interviewees talked
about what life is like as a Small Group Leader, some of the personal and
professional benefits of being a member of the NCOA cadre. SGL
requirements, application packet and procedure were all also part of the
discussion.
