Dan Seymour, Coast Guard Air Station Clearwater MH-60 helicopter pilot, as he explains the rescue of three people from a sunken fishing vessel approximately 35 miles southwest of Cape San Blas, Florida, Wednesday, Nov. 23, 2016.
