LEAD IN - Mississippi Army National Guardsmen want to show veterans who decades ago didn't come home to a heroes welcome that their service and sacrifices are not forgotten or unappreciated. The 1108th Aviation Group is restoring an AH-1 Cobra, a type of helicopter that played a major role in the Vietnam War. Public Affairs Specialist Danielle Thomas takes us inside the hangar in Gulfport.
TAG - The AH-1 Cobra will be among five helicopters planned for the display in front of the Combat Readiness Training Center in Gulfport.
