In Afghanistan, Cpt. Lorenzo Suarez, as a part of TAAC-East, is helping to connect the leaders of the Operational Coordination Center Region. Sgt. 1st Class Lynnette Hobson-Shearwood from Fort Bliss, Texas, is being credited with saving a child from drowning in a neighbor's pool, she will possibly receive the Soldier's Medal for her actions.
