Panel 2: Members of the second panel at the Force 2025 Industry Forum provide a deeper dive into understanding the challenges facing Army modernization to enable realistic training of the complex operational environment.
Panel members are:
• Brig. Gen. Joseph Martin, deputy commanding general of the Combined Arms Center – Training,
• Brig. Gen. John Charlton, commanding general of the Brigade Modernization Command,
• Col. David Cannon, Training and Doctrine Command capabilities manager for the Integrated Training Environment,
• Col. Greg Williams, deputy director for the Training Support Analysis and Integration Directorate,
• Todd Richmond, director of advanced prototype development and transition at the University of Southern California Institute for Creative Technologies,
• Harry Sotomayor, chief engineer for the project manager constructive simulation for the Program Executive Office, Simulation, Training and Instrumentation.
