U.S. Army Corps of Engineers civilian, Mr. Neel Stewart, makes a site visit to his Air Detachment project on Camp Arena, near Herat city. The Air Detachment is an on going construction project that will serve as a hub for local Afghan Air Force (AAF) pilots and support personnel. In addition to providing a future home for the AAF, this construction project contributes to the local economy by hiring Afghan contractors and purchasing local supplies and materials.
