KODIAK, Alaska - Lt. j.g Andrew Norberg, an Alexandria, Va., native, talks about his role in the cutter Alex Haley's TSTA and the rescue of the 28 survivors of the Taiwanese fishing vessel Hou Chun 11 Feb. 23, 2010.
