From late July through mid-August, U.S. Army North's Vibrant Response 13 dash 2 is taking place at the Atterbury-Muscatatuck Complex in southern Indiana. On Aug. 5, Indiana Sen. Joe Donnelly toured Muscatatuck Urban Training Center to get a look at how the Indiana facility is handling the 5,000-person exercise.
