SOUND from Wyoming Army National Guard Maj. Fred Nasredine, currently serving as the bilateral affairs officer and U.S. Army programs officer, stationed in Tunis, Tunisia, as part of the National Guard State Partnership Program.

Two field artillery officers from Tunisia are spending time learning how the Wyoming National Guard’s Camp Guernsey Joint Training Center prepares Soldiers for combat. The Feb. 14, 2013, visit is a part of the National Guard’s State Partnership Program. Through the program, Wyoming was paired with Tunisia, prior to the nation’s revolution. The partnership between the two military forces remains. The Tunisian officers will remain in Wyoming for the 115th Fires Brigade’s Leadership Conference during the weekend.
