World War II Marine Dog Handler, Private First Class Clarence Ratcliff, was commemorated at a wreath-laying ceremony held at the War Dog Memorial on U.S. Naval Base Guam where Ratcliff’s partner, fallen war hero scout dog Yonnie, is remembered.
