Alpha "Attack" Company of the 4-17th Infantry Regiment were under attack by insurgents in a simulated village on Fort Bliss, Texas. Iron Focus is a training exercise which consists of four weeks that help soldiers in high-intensity training in a variety of simulated villages and missions based on future operations in Afghanistan.
