The transfer of authority ceremony signifies a change in the landowning unit down range. Members of the 1-12 Infantry and the 1sto of the 502nd Infantry Regiment conducted a transfer of authority recently at FOB Wilson in the Kandahar province of Afghanistan. Spc.
