More than 4,000 Soldiers at Kandahar Air Field, Afghanistan, are moving out of tents and into higher quality housing. Lance Cpl. Marc Morgenstern was at the re-locatable building ribbon cutting ceremony where the project leads thanked everyone involved for their hard work to make it happen.
