Soldiers from the 11th Engineer Battalion from Fort Benning, Ga., and the 44th Chemical Company from Fort Hood, Texas, survey the area surrounding a simulated collapsed parking garage here as part of Vibrant Response 13-2, Aug. 13. After the survey was completed, they reported back to the decontamination area and search and rescue efforts began.
