Soldiers from the 44th Chemical Company from Fort Hood, Texas, load simulated casualties on the back of a utility vehicle here as part of Vibrant Response 13-2 Aug 13. After the casualties were decontaminated, the 546th Medial Company (Area Support), also from Killeen, Texas, treated their injuries. Approximately 5,700 service members and civilians from the military and other local, state and federal agencies are training to respond to a catastrophic domestic incident. (U.S. Army photo by Spc.
