Sgt. Bobby Hines, a Palau Island native, and Sgt. Lawrence Kelley, a Danielson, Conn., native, can now relax in their own rooms thanks to the construction effort of the Forward Operating Base Loyalty Mayor Cell. Both serve at FOB Loyalty with Detachment A, 106th Financial Management Company, attached to the 24th Financial Management Company, Special Troops Battalion, 1st Sustainment Brigade. After seven months of living in open bays, the financiers now have the opportunity to get away from one another, relax, and recharge for the next day.
