Soldiers and civilians from U.S. Army North (Fifth Army) work together July 19 to load a truck bound for Camp Atterbury, Ind., with various supplies for the Vibrant Response 13.2 exercise. Nearly 16,000 pounds of equipment will be used by nearly 6,000 service members and civilians from the military and other federal and state agencies throughout the country July 30 to Aug. 18 as they train to respond to a catastrophic domestic incident. VR13.2 is a major training exercise conducted by U.S. Northern Command and led by U.S. Army North (Fifth Army).
