The purpose of Haribon Tempest 2013 is to increase the proficiency, interoperability and combined capabilities of Marine Aircraft Group 12 and the Philippine Air Force. This bilateral, small-scope training included close-air support, airborne forward air control, and dissimilar air combat training.
