Both Marines are aircraft ordnance technicians with Marine All-Weather Fighter Attack Squadron 242. The purpose of Haribon Tempest 2013 is to increase the proficiency, interoperability and combined capabilities of Marine Aircraft Group 12 and the Philippine Air Force. This bilateral, small-scope training included close-air support, airborne forward air control, and dissimilar air combat training.
