Cmdr. Lore Aguayo, right, commander of Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 11, is awarded the Meritorious Service Medal by Capt. Darius Banaji, commander of Naval Construction Group (NCG) 2, prior to being ceremoniously relieved by Cmdr. Steven J. Stasick as Commanding Officer of NMCB 11. NMCB 11 is a Seabee battalion specializing in contingency construction, disaster response, and humanitarian assistance. The battalion is home-ported in Gulfport, Miss.
