Sailors assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 11 stand in formation during a Change of Command ceremony on Naval Construction Battalion Center, Gulfport in which Cmdr. Steven J. Stasick relieved Cmdr. Lore Aguayo as Commander of NMCB 11. NMCB 11 is a Seabee battalion specializing in contingency construction, disaster response, and humanitarian assistance.
