Opening the ramp

Air Force Tech. Sgt. Stanley Hain, loadmaster with the 193rd Special Operations Wing opens the ramp on a C-130J aircraft, Feb. 12, 2013, at Cambria County Airport, Johnstown, Pa. Members of the 193rd SOW flew to Johnstown to pick up Soldiers from the 252nd Engineer Company and bring them to Bradley International Airport, Windsor Locks, Conn. Soldiers and airmen from the Pennsylvania National Guard will assist with closed roadways, stranded motorists, transportation of health care professionals to hospitals, and assist communities by performing area welfare checks of residents who may be cut off from power, food, or medical care due to Winter Storm Nemo.
