Air Force Tech. Sgt. Stanley Hain, 193rd Special Operations Wing loadmaster ensures that soldiers and airmen from the Pennsylvania National Guard exit safely out the open ramp of a C-130J aircraft, Feb. 12, 2013. The 193rd Special Operations Wing transported the soldiers and airmen to Bradley International Airport, Windor Locks, Conn. The guardsmen will assist with closed roadways, stranded motorists, transportation of health care professionals to hospitals, and assist communities by performing area welfare checks of residents who may be cut off from power, food, or medical care due to Winter Storm Nemo.
