Abigail Ruscetta, right, commander of the 72nd Air Base Wing, signs an education partnership agreement among Rose State College, the OC-ALC and the 72nd Air Base Wing during a ceremony held on Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma, Jan. 17. The partnership provides Rose State with access to industry resources and experts while providing a pipeline for Rose’s STEM students to explore a career at the OC-ALC, which is the largest single-site employer in the state of Oklahoma.
