Abigail Ruscetta, right, commander of the 72nd Air Base Wing, provides remarks during a ceremonial signing event in celebration of the education partnership agreement among Rose State College, the OC-ALC and the 72nd Air Base Wing on Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma, Jan. 17. The partnership provides Rose State with access to industry resources and experts while providing a pipeline for Rose’s STEM students to explore a career at the OC-ALC, which is the largest single-site employer in the state of Oklahoma.
